Where do you see self-pity?

She thought she should tell Abhi the truth but when Daadi instructed her otherwise she didn't have the confidence to act on her own and speak up the truth. She does not have the confidence to act on what her heart says.
Self pity- like today's last scene-I no one is with me.. I should die etc.- making herself look as if she is a poor little thing who has no choices and ways out of this mess. Masking her inability to achieve her target under tears and pity.

Isn't it obvious if she pisses off everyone despite people trying to understand her, they will be unhappy with her? Why even feel hurt about it when she brought it on herself foolishly?

Following Daadi's instructions - not a lack of self-confidence, but respecting the authority of an elder who flat-out forbade her to do it her way.

Self-pity - Not masking her inability to achieve, but expressing her inability to carry out tactics that are not of her own devising.

It's fine for people to be unhappy with her. It's equally fine for her to be unhappy when people behave so rudely with her.

Daadi "quoted" Pragya on leaving Abhi at a time when he was in big trouble (Tannu's trap). Pragya unintentionally put Abhi in the hands of evil while he was reluctant to go down the route of even recognizing Tannu's pregnancy let alone marrying her. She was guilty of it. It was not like Daadi said so and Pragya followed elder's orders blindly. Pragya was guilty of her own doings so she didn't have the confidence to say No to Daadi and decide to speak up the truth to Abhi.
She could have totally said- Yes Daadi, I failed to recognize Tannu's evilness or really understood Abhi's reluctance. But now I will fix it all, my way. You don't worry.

Whereas previously Pragya did have the confidence to hurt Daadi by being rude etc. in the beginning of PraNu track. Of course, Pragya had no issues with herself there since she was not at any fault and she was only doing stuff for others.
