It's not necessary that we feel everytime our loved ones are in danger. However our soaps like to show it.
They did show it when Pragya went through accident etc. Abhi was very disturbed that whole day.
And he did run to help her when she twisted her ankle.
He can't see her in pain and he helps everyone anyway.

But you know what I don't want Abhi to save Pragya here. She and Daadi took this faaltu risk to instigate Aaliyah. Now let them deal with the consequences themselves!

what i want is abhi have nightmare about pragya before this night. abhi should check pragya is okay or not in night and he should sleep on bed holding her hand whole night to assure that she is okay..

Abhi deeply loves Fuggy, not Lady Mogambo. He may feel that her life is in danger, and he may jump in to rescue her. But, I don't want him to. Love and trust go hand in hand. All Pragya has done since her change is lie to him and justifies her actions saying he won't believe her. First of all, she needs to believe and trust him. She can't be expecting to behave like Lady Hitler and then when she lands in trouble to always look for Abhi who risks his own life to save her.
