Heres my take on it Mina.

She signed a no objection to his next marriage, made him sign it too.

Still a divorce can't be granted so quickly which makes me think they are still legally married.

The Tabhi marriage would just be for Tanu to be accepted as a pregnant wife of Abhi and they may register their marriage once Abhigya divorce legally goes through.

All this can be done behind the scene so assuming that is what's happening here. It's been 20 days and therefore doesnt seem likely a divorce went through even though it was initiated.

Whether they are divorced or not depends entirely on whether the CVs intend to wrap up this track or drag it for n number of months. If the track is to end soon, then chances are they are divorced and the track will culminate in a re-marriage.
If the intent is to drag on, then it will be shown that since Pragya has been unable to gather proof she is stalling. She will stop the wedding at the mandap stating that Abhi is still legally married to her, the divorce hasnt been finalized, either because the courts stipulate that they live together for x number of day/weeks before divorce is granted or because though both of them signed the papers, they haven't been submitted to the courts yet😛This will naturally enable CVs to show their much loved nok-jhok in their bedroom while Tannu continues to live in mm and eavesdrop behind doors.

Go on CVS, I beg you to surprise me just this once and show something totally different from any of the above, which might I add are scenarios from EK's old shows.

If property is under Arora name, Raj, Aliya or any Mehra family members can't touch it. Of course they can start a legal battle and that's a different story. If under Pragya Mehra' s name then Mehra family can have rights to it. If property is under Arora name it gets difficult for Taliya and raj to swindle Abhi. I think that's why the name matters 😉.

Aliya called Pragya Abhi s ex wife . Dadi keeps saying there is no rishta anymore with Pragya,she told Sarla this.
