I don't know about in India but the answer is HECK NO in the US. She can sue Abhi for child support but that's the best she can do while he's alive. If he dies without a will, she can potentially sue his estate in the child's name (based on state laws, which vary) but if Abhi has a will and purposely gives nothing to the child, that's his right (if the child was born after the will, though, then it can be contested).

Short answer is NO!

Abhi packing everything..pragya stops him saying dadi is angry and don't leave..

He says I know dadi v well ..I beecer hurt her before..I don't want to hurt her more ..I will love..

She says I will also come she goes to pack ..

He stops her and says no !! I have no HAQ but I request U as a friend to stay her and take care of dadi and I will feel I am here taking care of dadi..

She stops him again saying family will need U..he says they will get used..he says I shoulf punished for what I did..

Tomorrow..

Abhi leaving pragay from the top ) near her room ) shouts to stop..

She comes and hugs him ( sbs scene). Abhi feels her hug with tears..others look on
