Oh Aashu how I wish that were true! I have about 80 AT's worth of backlog to somehow update onto my drabble index. Basically if you don't pin them down right when you post them, it becomes a lost cause!

But Di, you gotta admit that you're super good at finding all these stuff.

I always spend a lot of time on finding stuff and then give up😆

Omg, that's like 12,000 pages of backlogging. You have a lot of courage, Mina! Oops, I may have just made it discouraging for you. 12,000 pages... Koi nahi. 😆.

oh trishu! you know whose actually really good at finding?? DON BHAI and MINMIN. like holy wow, those two are magic. i usually use google: "tisha + keywords site:india-forums.com"

the p!nk one, in previous search efforts i could not find it because apparently google doesn't register the ! as a meaningful character in the search string or something. but when i added "raghav dancing" instead of "p!nk" it turned up pretty quick!

so in summary - google can help!! searching through old ATs otherwise is incredibly painful.

and if anyone else has tips i'd be happy to know!! wish we could fund a programming subgroup for IF to develop better search functions within itself!! 😆

Sometimes, I just use the handy dandy "My Posts" button to find things, but it's still hard because when the DTs close the topic/thread I can't quote or copy the post anymore.

LOL aashu i know!! and the number is daunting!! i do have some records, but they're patchy. i don't go through ATs page by page - i don't have the stamina. i've tried going through every post i've made on an AT...but on some ATs that's like 200 posts so it also gets to me.

you know how i got in this problem?? i didn't want to update my drabbles to my index on the same day i posted them to the AT because it felt like spam - most people would've already seen it on the AT so to put it on another thread asap felt gratuitious. please note, this is mina weirdness, i don't expect anyone else to think like this and i don't actually think like this about anyone else, just me!

i also have an old habit of thinking batching tasks is more efficient than just doing them right away...in some cases that's true but in a lot of things in life it's actually better to just do something that's easy and quick to finish right away rather than let them pile up!!

and to link this to abhigya...abhi my love!!! responding to that crazy girl's crazy confessions would've been better done immediately, than letting expectations and misunderstandings pile up!! and pragya my darling!! walking out of your marriage on day 2 and facing the immediate consequences of your mother's health would've been more efficient than waiting months and letting feelings and memories and debts pile up!!

but then if they did that we'd have no story so i guess it's good that like me they don't always follow the maxim (once said by abhi on the show): "if you're doing it tomorrow, do it today! if you're doing it today, do it now!" - it's better in hindi but i'll get the word spellings wrong so :P
