It's Indian serial, Cloe. This is quite common because it happened before as well. I don't know if people remember Geet's first pregnancy in Geet Hui Sabse Parayi. According to the serial timeline, she was pregnant for almost or even over a year!

It would be nice if the cvs remember these things... *rolls eyes*
