and abhi's words...i agree with you guys that the man underneath the words has solid character and worth...he is a good guy. but some of those words and actions make it hard to see the good man underneath. in life most of our interactions with people are surface level. you have to judge people on what they say and do because you cannot get into everyone's head and heart. and i guess people who don't want to be emotionally intimate with abhi (that sounds so weird) cannot excuse his words/actions based on his fundamental character.

Abhi is a great husband, daamad, grandson, friend, brother, etc and seriously he is this one character who I can't stop liking.

His dialogues and his actions make him such a charismatic character, however, he has flaws like any other human being. When he hurt Pragya on her marriage night, it was over for me to watch him anymore for like four months. He has hurt her in so many ways so he needs a repentation (is that'a word?) track more than a "Oh my fuggy is in trouble?! I must save her" track.

CVs need to understand this. Yes we get he's a kind sole and he has humanly caring emotions, but it's about enough of trying to prove this. Try proving it another way. I want Abhi to feel truly sorry for what he has done.

No more of the hero panthi! Let's try repentation... maybe?

This is the thing with Abhi right. He does not ask anyone to love him or understand him... He never tries to get sympathy or empathy by explaining himself. He leaves it upto the people to decide... He just keeps being himself.

Meethu, that repenting will come too... Not in a typical I am so sorry way.. But it will come out in his care and affection for her in typical Abhi way..

He needs to put two and two together and realize Pragya does believe him to be her husband not just socially but emotionally too.

do you guys remember the apple dialogue in pune? if you keep getting in my way i would like to skin you and cut you into pieces, something like that?

so he didn't mean it in the sense that he didn't and will never actually take a knife to her

so he only said it because he was upset and frustrated and thwarted

and yet

can you see why some people would find that impossible to forgive?

i've not been able to forget it. 30th september for reference.
