Since Pragya loves Abhi, but Abhi ignoring him. This gazal is dedicated to Pragya
It also describe Abhi's insensible hate towards Pragya

aap hain kyon khafa, kuch pata to chale
hai meri kya khata, kuch pata to chale
(khafa - angry, khata - fault)

aaj chehre pe rang-e-udaasi hai kyon
ae mere dilruba kuch pata to chale

aapke aur mere pyar ke darmiyaan
kyon hai ye faasila kuch pata to chale

main agar bewafa hoon to yun hi sahi
kaun hai bawafa kuch pata to chale
(bawafa - faithful)

Don't know the poet, but this gazal is sung by Ghulam Ali

I am also a big fan of gazals, specially Ghulam Ali's.

Have you hear Mendhi Hassan and Munni Begum...they are Pakistani too...from India I like Jagit...Punkaj Udhas...

As I listen only gazals. I know Mehdi Hasan and also listened few of his clasics.
