Kumkum Bhagya Written Update 22nd Jan

Episode starts with Tanu telling Aaliyah that her parents are coming down to & so she has told Abhi that if he does not leave Chashmish then they will get her married to someone else, and that she will force him for marriage, this way she will win the challenge as well. She also adds that if it goes well then along with Purab Bulbul her pheres(rounds taken around fire) also will be done. Aaliyah gets very angry at this, and asks why did you say Purab-Bulbul pheres? Tanu says not wedding just the Lohri pheras. Aaliyah tells Tanu not to pressurize Abhi too much and Tanu says she knows how to.

Dadi asks Abhi & Pragya to stand together. Bulbul takes Pragya near the fire & Abhi also comes and stands next to her. They both light the fire together. All are happy. AbhIGya put popcorns/puffed Rice in to the fire. Tanu fumes. Tanu & Abhi have eye talks. Bulbul comes and tells Pragya if not here, take jiju somewhere else and tell him. Pragya starts shaking her hands & arms in nervousness. Bulbul stops her.

Tanu about to leave when Daasi stops and tells her it will bring bad luck if she leaves the Lohri pooja in between & if she prays her wish might come true. Pragya prays for strength and wants Abhi and also wants to propose Abhi & she ll accept whatever is in her destiny. Dadi asks him to take rounds of fire with Pragya. Abhi touches Pragya's shoulder; they hold hands and take pheras. New hamsafars song in BG.

Tanu fuming seeing Abhi-Pragya taking the pheres(rounds) around the fire. Aaliyah also thinks this should be the last night of these together. Aaliyah has had a very bad time since they are together so now onwards bad time will start for Bulbul. Tanu prays in front of the fire that Pragya's wish cannot be more important than hers and she is ready to do anything for it. Aaliyah comes and asks Tanu what is she doing and Tanu tells her about Indu Daasi telling her about fulfilling wishes, Aaliyah taunts for believing these things.

Next Pragya wants to talk to ABhi and takes him to the side where there is nobody. Abhi worried if she got to know about Tanu. RaBul are peeping from behind & Pragya sees them, but does not tell Abhi. Abhi thinks Pragya is playing pranks with him. Again her arms start shaking & she tells him this is what happens because she is scared of him. Abhi decides to leave & so Pragya tells no she ll tell him whatever she wants to tell. Tanu comes and drags Abhi that she needs to talk. Abhi tells he ll first listen to Pragya and then to Tanu. But Tanu says urgent and drags him to the side. Bulbul is angry on Pragya for allowing Tanu to take Abhi away. Purab makes Bulbul understand that all signs of Lohri have been positive.

Sarala sees Tanu taking Abhi along with her & is annoyed and wants to ask Pragya the reason but Pragya's Dadi calls her for something.

Tanu tells Abhi that her parents are waiting at Abhi's house. Abhi tells her he ll talk to them the way he wants and Tanu should not poke in between. A man comes with a big plate hits the wall and the plate falls. Abhi asks him was drama less in my life that u too had to come and hit the wall??

Tanu Abhi reach Mehra Mansion & Tanu's parents new entries in the show are there. Abhi is nervous and does not come inside. Tanu pulls him and introduces him to her mom & dad. Tanu's dad asks Abhi so you are married. Abhi & Tanu shocked. She tells in flight they met some of Abhi's fans who told them about Abhi being married. Abhi has no words. So Tanu tells it was a forced marriage and that they don't lead a life like a married life. They get along and they like Abhi's sense of humour. Tanu's mom asks Abhi how he can stay with a poor middle class girl. Is it not irritating? Abhi tells its hell lot of irritation but gets up and is no longer nervous and starts praising Pragya that she talks a lot but she is very sensible. She knows a lot of things. Tanu's mom confused and tells she wants to meet Pragya.

PRECAP: Aaliayah tells Tanu it will lead to a big problem if Tanu's parents meet Pragya. So Tanu decides to give Abhi some more days.
