I think it's because KKB is on top of TRP charts and to stay on top, ZeeTV wants the audience to watch it live on TV - and not online. 😔

It should not matter. TRP is calculated only by taking sample from 8000 homes which have the TRP meter installed. But they still make it private because unlike India in other countries the channel is a paid channel so they are doing this to make money.
