Chapter - 4
Pragya was infront of apartment number. 706 of City Appartments when the door opened.
"Hi Pragya. How are you? Please come inside." said a girl.
"Hi. I'm fine. I just hope I'm not disturbing you Shweta." Pragya replied entering the apartment. " I'm really sorry to disturb you, but I had no place to go in Pune when Bulbul said that you wouldn't mind. I hope it's fine, but after I find a place to stay, I'll shift."
"Pragya what are you saying? Why will I mind? Anyway, you must be tired right? I'll get you a pair of clothes." said Shweta
"Here. Take this. " said Shweta handing Pragya a salwaar suit.
"Thanks. Where is the..."
"There." said Shweta pointing towards the left.

Everyone was at the dining table.
Pragya had prepared Chana Masala. It was Abhi's favourite.
Abhi didn't know that Pragya had prepared this, he assumed that Daadi did.
"Hey Daadi !! What's so special Daadi? My favourite dish today?" asked Abhi.
"Nothing... Come sit.. Tell me how does it taste??" said Daadi smiling.
"It looks sooo nice. So it must be delicious na.." said Abhi sitting
Hearing this Pragya couldn't help smiling. She served the dish to Abhi. Everyone started eating.
After tasting it, Abhi stuffed more Chana into his mouth and said : Wow daadi. It's just amazing. I don't know how but everyday the magic in your hands get multiplied."
"Abhi." said Daadi smiling. "You should give this credit to Pragya, because she is the one who prepared the dish."
Hearing this Abhi nearly choked and started coughing. Pragya gave him water and rubbed his back. After some time, he was fine.
"What!!"
"Mujhe lagta hai Didi, ki Pragya ke hatho mein jadoo toh hain hi , lekin jadoo ke saath saath pyar kuh jyada hi hain. Isi liye itna pyaar aur jadoo Abhi ko hazam nahi hui.." said Daasi to Daadi. And everyone started laughing, surprisingly Abhi and Pragya too.
"PRAGYA!!! Where are you lost?? Pass me that Chana Masala.." said Shweta which brought Pragya into reality.

The next day,
"Thank you sir, for giving me this job."
"There's nothing to tell Thank you. You were totally eligible for this job so you got it, Mrs. Pragya."
"Thank you sir."
Pragya came out of the Principal's office and was heading toward the staff room happily. She was indeed very happy. She had got the job, that to in a very famous college in Pune.
"Hi, you are the new lecturer right? I'm Pradhan"
"Hi, Nice meeting you. I'm Pragya."
"I'm sure you remember me?" said a voice.
Pragya turned back to find her best childhood friend, Mohini."
"Mohini !! What a suprise? You here?" asked Pragya hugging Mohini
"Yes."
"But.."
"Mohini, Pragya. Let's go to the canteen an talk. Anyway it's break time. And I'm damn hungry." interrupted Pradhan.
"Okay. Come Pragya."
The three of them went to the canteen and Pradhan ordered coffee for them.
They talked a lot, and Pragya was verry happy.
Suddenly, Mohini asked:
" Pragya, you are married right? You didn't tell me about your marriage or your husband?? Now tell us something about you husband" said Mohini noticing the kumkum on Pragya's forehead.
Hearing this, Pragya's smile vanished within a second and they both, Mohini as well as Pradhan noticed it.

"There is no need to worry. Your grndmother is fine now. Just give the medicines on time, she'll be normal within a week or two. But take care, that she doesn't take any tension." the doctor said to the Mehra family and left.
"Thank God, Daadi you're fine. I was so scared." said Abhi sitting near is Daadi.
"Abhi, where is Pragya bahu?" asked Daadi.
"Daadi please. Atleast now don't talk about that Pragya. You need to take rest." said Aliya.
"Daadi, she went to her mom's house. She wanted to stay there for a while. She will be back soon." said Abhi trying not to give daadi any stress by giving reasons. " After she saw her fake MMS and your condition, she was quite disturbed so I suggested she goes to her mom's place."
"But Bhai..." interrupted Aliya but stopped when she saw Abhi getting angry.
"Abhi, since when did you become so sensible to understand you wife so nicely. First, for believing in her hthat the MMS was fake, and sending Pragya to her mom's house for her to feel comfortable. I'm proud of you Abhi." said Daadi happily.
Abhi smiled and said " Daadi, now you take rest."
Abhi took Aliya away form the room and asked her angrily:
"What the hell is wrong with you Aliya? You know right, that Daadi is not well and the doctor said not to give her any stress and you..."
"I'm sorry Bhai. I just wanted Daadi to know that Behenji's truth, like how she slipped down the stairs and Suresh took her to the bed and di..." stopped Aliya realizing what she had said.
" Anyway Bhai, I'll go and get Daadi's medicines."
