I would love to say purab is a gentleman...the way he blasted aaliya...left...right and centre...and just leave w/o consoling BB...that was perfect...its better he did not console her to complicate things further...she told him...they will not meet...he did not even see her and leaves...that's our purab...

I have seen dumb people...but abhi tops the list...just becos purab saves aaliya from a psycho...he fixed her marriage with purab...he helped aaliya becos he loves his friend and he will give up his life for his friend's family...that's the reason why purab saved aaliya...
purab was the real hero on the entire epi...
1)he helped aakash-rachna
2)he gave aaliya a reality check
3)he indirectly united mother-daughter duo
4)he did not run away...he showed guts and burn the raavan right infront of everyone's eyes...
5)in the precap...it seems that he did give back to abhi in terms of words
above all destiny brought back him to Mehra Mansion to kill Raavan...
purab completely forgot that it was dusshera and dadi said every year purab does Raavan Dahan...look at destiny and fate...abhi could not even fire the arrow...its was done by purab only...this is what I call destiny...it does play tricks...in terms of purab...rachna-aakash played the trick...the cupids who brought purab to the mansion and complete his mission n dusshera and that is burning the raavan...
I agree...purab has flaws...but truly lord ram resides in him...especially the way he loves his sita(BB)...the loyalty towards her...the immense love for her...the way he protects her...the way he takes all humiliation...insult...taunts...slaps...even to give up life for her...BB wishes for a prince charming from shooting stars but she got a lord ram shadow(purab) instead
I hope purab's character is maintain with the same strength throughout...
