I think it is necessary for Pragya's character to keep quiet right now. By that I don't mean take the abuse, but not reveal who Purab truly likes. She is in a deep shock and she barely knows these poeple who have completely devastated her life. She is protecting her sister. I think (I know lots will be mad at my prediction) when Bulbul finds the truth, she will herself marry Suresh to free her sister from this torture.
