Ekta has a history with 9pm slot on Zee TV, both Kasamh Se and Pavitra Rishta were number 1 among all shows. KB might just have a chance if Ekta weaves her magic.

No, foreign viewers are not counted. UK has their own rating for Hindi shows. Only viewers in India who have meters installed in their homes contribute to the ratings.

This week TRPs stayed stable and its a good thing.
