shourya's dad gives a lawyer 10 lacs to fight for niyati. they go to visit niyati and she says that she doesnt want anyone to fight for her since she has done the crime. both shourya's dad and the lawyer say that niyati is innocent and is trying to protect someone. they leave.
next day everyone is present in court including raj and carol. the hearing starts.niyati says that she killed amit sahai. everyone is shocked. niyati's opposition laywer says that this is a simple case since niyati's choori (bangles) were found in amit sahai's pocket and dna says that its hers and because she admits it. niyati's lawyer says that just because its hers doesnt mean she killed him. carol is called up for questioning. after asking what happened by both sides, niyati's lawyer says that anyone could have killed him. it could be raj or carol also since they were also in that same hotel. everyone is left shocked.
