I have Paint Shop Pro7 but I don't know how to add two pics together or how to have fancy frames or great backrounds.

dats whhere i make siggys..but to use it u have to register.

Option 1

To make it yourself the actuall programs are like photoshop, photostudio and paint shop..and all the program that fix and edit pics!

Option 2

To make it easier get it done by someone! There are many sigg makers they will do it exactly the way you want it done! Go to the avatar and sigg section! there are 100s and 100s shops! And they are really talented!!
