OMG I went to a gym for a year and gained a few pounds but when university started I couldn't take time out from work and school to go to the gym and I lost all the weight I had put on, keeping the few pounds I gain is really the hard part

That's unhealthy to eat sweets and junk food. She needs to excercise to bulk up.

don't worry , i am sure you will put weight on sooner or later but just keep trying and stick to your daily milkshakes. goodluck :P
