I do eat that stuff yaar, I take an extra milkshake which has 1900 calories with food, it's not easy my doc said the same thing that I am a hard gainer...I have been taking milk a lot now and have started to see some change plus my fast metabolism always keeps me hungry so I am always eating therefore I try to eat snacks that have lots of calories but are healthy too
but yea Kanya is even skinnier than me poor girl but thanks for replying to my post good to know I am not alone😃
