Side Effects! How bad?

What really worries me is the side effects. Does that mean as soon as Ranbir and Kanya are madly in love, there are going to be forces from different sides pulling them apart. I hope not but knowing Ekta she will never let us fully enjoy the Rankan relationship. I mean the worst thing Ekta can do us is separate Kanya and Ranbir. And then all the Natasha, Rewa, Devika, Ayan stuff is seriously not the most entertaining thing to watch. A lot of us watch the show for Rankan, after she brings in the horrifying side-effects its just going to be so depressing. What games she wants to play she can play but Kanya and Ranbir belong together, so in the end she better put them together. Sorry I just have to let out my feelings, I know that Ranbir and Kanya don't even realize their love yet, but shows can be very distressing to the mind since some us take it really seriously. Lol. What are your guys ideas on the side-effects
