Hi and welcome to KIT forum..

Kanya is suffering from Multiple Personality Disorder . Her other personality is 'Natasha'. When Kanya is exposed to fire ( candles, diyaas etc..) she turnes into Natasha. And Natasha helps out women who are suffering with problems. Nobody knows who is Natasha is as nobody has seen her face yet. The media is going crazy to expose Natasha's true identity. Ranbir too is trying to expose her through his TV channel not knowing that his wife Kanya is Natasha. Kanya too has no idea that she is Natasha, cause when she sees fire she becomes Natasha - When Natasha turns back to Kanya she becomes unconscience and she can't remember any thing that happened previously. Her parents doesn't tell her any thing.
