Part 11
Recap-KT finally confesses to Loving Eklavya. Ranbir kisses Kanya on impulse with Kanya gifting Ranbir back with a slap. She runs off in the night. KT scolds Ranbir and runs after her. Ranbir feels bad and Ekalavya go in their car to find Kanya. Kanya and KT ar surrounded by hooligans.
Kanya looked at the gang of men that had surrounded them. She put up a fight but by now 2 of them pinned her down to the floor. KT was screaming as it brought back memories she'd tried to forget. Both felt so helpless. KT was held by another 2 as they made her watch. While the other stood by keeping watch. Poor Kanya they were in the middle of nowhere. There wasn't anyone there. Kanya struggled. One guy reached for her lips she bit him hard as he bled he gave her a punch. She winced in pain but she didn't care. All she knew was it was her fault KT was in trouble and reliving her own nightmare. Kanya tried to scream for help.
KT looked at the scene unfold actually she held on to her saree and tried to stop them from disrobing her. Stupid asian clothes U couldn't even move in them. As she looked on she saw Eklavya and Ranbir. Kanya didn't notice them at all she was too busy trying to get the guys off of her. All 5 were laughing.
Ranbir wasn't at all happy with the sight he saw before him. He was livid and had murder on his mind. He got into action and rushed to Kanya's side. He took both guys out with his boxing skills as he used to work out in the ring. He didn't think just kept on punching. H e looked at Kanya on the floor and knelt by her side. She struggled to move as he could see the bruising around her arm, her legs. She wasn't able to move and just collapsed in Ranbir's arms.
Eklavya had his very own street fight. Nobody got away touching his wife and certainly not his friend. He was blinded with rage. He did alot of damage to the 3 guys but he didn't see a forth guy coming past with a knife aiming to stab Eklavya. KT got in the way shielding Eklavya from harm and taking the weapon into her back. She screamed in pain. By then the 4 guys ran off but 2 lay on the floor where Ranbir knocked them down. Eklavya held KT in his arms and rushed her to the car as did Ranbir. They called for backup to make sure the 2 on the ground had what they deserved.
Ranbir drove the car as Eklavya was in no state to drive. Eklavya made sure he left the knife where it was as it could make the bleeding worse. He wasn't a doctor but from past experiences he knew what to do. He spoke to KT trying to let her know he was there for her. KT did manage to look at Eklavya and tell him she loved him alot. Immediately the paramedics where ready for their casualties and took KT and Kanya to seek medical help.
The police came by after 30 minutes to take their statements in GOA hospital and let them know that Ajit and Arjun were identified and were in the Goa jail where they will be spending the night. They were working on finding the other 4.
Ranbir And Eklavya
Both waited impatiently for news on Kanya and KT. Ranbir never knew what it was like to lose someone he loved. He was too young when his Dad passed away and never even met his Grandfather. His mother had always shielded him away from danger being her only son. Ranbir for the first time knew what it was like to lose someone U love. He loved Kanya. He didn't know how it happened. When it happened but that Chipkali was all he could think about. What he feared the most was losing her and if not that her rejecting him. He'd never been rejected. He just prayed she was safe. He looked at Eklavya and knew exactly what was going on in his friends mind. He knew how much he loved KT.
Eklavya on the other hand knew very well how it felt. He never knew his father and when he did he didn't know what to believe. He lost his mother when he was a child and adopted by his Gautam uncle who he deemed as his real father. They gave him so much love and attention that he never felt left out. He missed out on love but he couldn't lose KT. Not now that he found her again. Both friends sought comfort with each other being their rock.
E-U know tonight was supposed to be the night to remember. Well fate has a funny sense of playing with us. If i lose KT i don't know what i will do. She's my life.
R-All i can say is pray. Pray like U used to before all these problems got in the way. I can only imagine this feeling bro. I've only just realized how much Chip. I mean Kanya means to me. She took a lot of beating man. She fought like the fighter she is. KT is stronger than any woman i've seen. She'll pull through. For U she'll have no choice.
E-Who would have thought us two loser's would be sitting here out of our mind with worry that too for women we thought couldn't stand us.
R-Kanya still can't stand me bro. U hang in there. KT will be fine. I don't know if i should call anyone let them know.
E-Don't bother. This waiting is killing me. U know Ranbir i wouldn't mind praying U pray with me maybe they will be answered.
R-Pray i've never prayed before.
E-Then maybe its about time U did for Kanya.
R-For Kanya anything.
So both friends pray hard in the hospital temple for keeping both Kanya and KT safe. Ranbir for the first time actually prayed that if a life was to go then it be his not Kanya's as she's so innocent and it should be sinners that pay for their crimes. Eklavya for the first time in ages held his own ritual he used to do before he turned bad. For KT he was willing to change and not let his bad deeds affect her. Karma had a way at biting U when U leat expected it and usually it affected those U love than the sinner being punished.
They headed back to the ward and had news on KT and Kanya after 3 hours of waiting. Neither friend got a wink of sleep. The nurse had informed Ranbir who claimed he was Kanya's fianc just so he'd get info on her progress that She would be fine. She needed a lot of bed rest and suffered from major bruising, which will be very sore and they dealt with minor bleeding. Other than that she was fine but she may need to see someone about what happened.
Eklavya found out that had he been any later bringing KT in she might have died but she was safe. Her wound would heal. She needed to stay at least a day or two in hospital to recuperate. He could see her but wasn't going to be able to stay long with her until her drugs wore off and just for hygiene purposes due to overcrowd of patients/visitors.
Both saw Kanya and KT and could breath a sigh of relief. Eklavya wasn't going to let KT out of his sight and Ranbir had promised himself to be there for Kanya and tell her his real feelings that he was denying for a long time.
