Let me say everything
in a way i would leave nothing
i guess, it's time for you to know
things im supposed to show
feelings were long kept inside
hardly ever saying anything i hide
and which is making me numb
to pain and sorrow i succumb
but yet it's me im hurting
i cry silently, i'm burning
i couldnt face the fact that you're drifting
away from me, you're leaving
i have been pondering on things
of which this hiatus brings
was it my fault this happens?
was it me who caused the ruins?
i now consider it my bad
as i realized i may have gone mad
i showed indifference towards you
i've been selfish and aloof from you
for your efforts to reach out to me
i have disregarded it and flee
these walls i have built around
served barriers from being found
now i sit by myself in this dark room
with a blank incurious stare
cursing and blaming no one
but this pathetic, mediocre girl
remorse conquers my heart
i regret so much we're falling apart
but things have changed
there's nothing much i can do
pray tell me, i am terribly missing you
it hurts to look back
of those days we were together
i hope i can make it up
and settle things to make it better
but if this one last chance i ask
would never be granted at once
i would like to let it be known
that you're a friend i won't ever disown.
