Where are Baba's rishtedar's...heven't seen any of them...agreed he became a recluse after Nandini's elopement...but usse pehle toh kuch connection tha na...since CV knew about the fact that Mathur raised a boy...maybe even they knew...what was their attitude towards Ashu...now that Nidhi is there in Mathur's family..why haven't they reconnected

This show was always low budget

There was a serious lack of supporting cast. Even CVs other relatives were never shown, though DB occasionally mentioned of some family.

The only two extended family members were Rohan and family and Mandira.

When they let go of such an important background because they did not have money to extend the lease how will they bring more people?

After Ranji wedding even their shots were reduced a lot! 😡
