KTLK is a classic , cult show in true sense... Even after six months, the magic of KTLK has not diminished a bit.. Never ever any show has captivated my heart in last 30 years like KTLK.. Never ever any fictional characters have completely floored me like Ashutosh and Nidhi..we fondly call them AshNi..

I was drawn to this show first by its promo with the most beautiful title song ever on Indian TV.. "Saiyaan Nainonki Bhasha Samjhe Na..."..I have listened to this song at least 1000 times..but still I never get tired of it...

The story with age gap concept was presented with most decent, charming manner...The lead characters Ashutosh and Nidhi with their contrasting nature instantly caught my imagination..Ashu-Nidhi are so real..Ashutosh is decent , sophisticated, suave, highly qualified, dedicated to his work, with no nonsense attitude...Nidhi is so charming, chirpy, lively, intelligent, kindhearted, compassionate, beautiful... AshNi made permanent place in my heart... I can't forget AshNi even for a moment.. This is truly an extraordinary phenomenon..

Many factors, many aspects have made contribution in making this show unique and classic..
I connect with all the characters because they speak, dress, eat, ..live like you and me..They are basically good natured people .. A story with hospital background added to the uniqueness of this show...Various relations ,especially friendship.. have been depicted beautifully.. Imaginative, lovely dialogues is a strong point of this show.. Direction is very, very delightful,charming... All the beautiful songs used as background music were very, very appropriate to the various situations.. All kinds of emotions were intensely depicted which touched our hearts...

But the most mesmerizing thing about this show is mind blowing acting by Sharad Kelkar and Kritika Kamra.. They have portrayed AshNi so gracefully, elegantly, aesthetically, effortlessly..They are the dazzling jewels of this show..They are the most charming, gorgeous ,awesome pair ever on Indian TV..Their romance was subtle and so beautiful ... The supporting actors playing the roles of Rangnath, Anji, Col.Verma, DadiBua, Baba, Kapil & Shyama Solanki, Chote Sarkar, Hiraman Kaka , Armaan, Rohan and also Mallika are all appropriate and outstanding.. All these people are like our extended family..

Life has changed forever after 3rd October 2011...

I really wish to experience the magic of AshNi again.. I really wish AshNi come back with Season2... We want to fall in love with AshNi all over again..

Kuch toh Log kahenge has sent message across the Indian TV that, there are many ways to tell a sensible, matured yet sizzling ways a romantic story!

This out-of-box theme successfully drew many people to the TV screens. This multi-dimensional show brilliantly portrayed ...how a repenting father tried his way into the hearts of his foster son and grand child, a sensible father's double role as a father and friend to his daughter, the level-minded friendships and especially the unconditional love!!

Who said, romance, love and chemistry (for that matter... physics) is reserved only for youth? When love happens.. it doesnt ask for the age or the age-gap. The same thing has happened to Dr. Ashutosh ..that too at the age of 42, with a girl 18 years younger... Should he be ashamed of it... what would the society say?... is it right to behave like that at his age? Is he pushing the girl's future into dark because of his 'selfishness'?... most importantly... will she be happy with him????

If these are the questions from the middle-aged man... there is equal confusion from the girl's side too... Is it an infatuation due to her immaturity, will there be an 'age wall' between them, telling who should take decisions... will this love stay forever...

In all, KTLK made everyone think in new dimension and paved the way for writers to comeup with new ideas.

A big thank you to the Kuch Toh Log Kahenge team ... and hoping for Season 2 with more rational and logical tracks

As I sat flipping through channels in a hotel room on an official trip, I paused when I saw a young bubbly doctor full of pranks.
I thought to myself is this an ad, as the characters are dressed in clothes I can relate to and not in their shimmering chiffons, even when they are ready to retire to bed.
And then found it was a new show.
I waited for a while, for an eavesdropping mother-in-law or an evil uncle to surface and found a cool dad and an over-protective aunt instead.
I soon realized it did not have stereo-typical characters.
As the story progressed, the subtle nuances dragged me deeper and deeper and to say the least, I was hooked!
I would wait eagerly for the clock to turn 8 and hurriedly wrap up all work before, to ensure uninterrupted viewing of my favourite show.
All calls and visitors were frowned upon.
While the timings changed, the enthusiasm for the show didn't.
While no other show has had any long-lasting effect on me, Kuch toh Log Kahenge has made me do crazy things for it.
A heartfelt thanks to the leads Sharad Kelkar and Kritika Kamra who have made Ashu and Nidhi come alive on the screen ably supported by
Mr.Alok Nath, Rukshar, Ishita and Vishal along with the entire supporting cast.
Thank you Sony and Director's Kut for an awesome experience.
Every one of them suited the role they played, possibly why I never felt I was watching a show,
I live with the hope that this magic will be recreated with the quick return of Season 2.
Thank you Kuch toh Log Kahenge for taking me on this wonderful journey!

Kuch Toh Log Kahenge - A show on Indian Television which started on 03rd October 2011 but unfortunately and sadly had to end on 28th March 2013, a show which has never been seen before on Indian television and which has set the mark of Indian TV to another level with it's out of the box, classic, romantic and unique theme and concept.

I was first awe struck with KTLK while I was sitting with my family and was watching a movie on Sony channel. Then during the interval of the movie my eyes was drawn towards TV when the first three promos of KTLK was out with the hospital backdrop, with the background music "Saiyan Naino Ki Bhasha Smajhe Na" with the background voice "Pyaar Ki Aahat Bhi Hai Aur Hitchkichahat Bhi" (The sound of love has approached but there is also hesitancy too). I was just like WOW ... and kept hoping that this show comes soon as I'm sure that this show is going to rock on Indian TV. After that the second, the third promo was out and I couldn't get my eyes off from the promos of KTLK. Then the title track of KTLK released and learnt that the show will go on air from 03rd October at 8pm IST (9:30 Bangkok time) and I got completely hooked.

Then arrived the date of 03rd October at 9:30 pm (8pm IST), first day, first show of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, sitting with my family and the remote was under my control. I was really very impressed with the first episode. After watching the first episode, I had a question in my mind can a 42 year old man like Ashutosh and a 24 year old girl like Nidhi fall in love with each other, Will the audience accept the fact that two people with 18 years of substantial age gap can fall in love? As the show goes on, I was completely glued towards KTLK and became addicted. Luckily, during the initial episodes, we use to get one hour Maha episode of KTLK on Fridays and I was very happy because I was curious and excited about what was going to happen next. Again thanks to Sony channel for giving us 45 minutes of KTLK episodes Monday-Friday for two months and the excitement, the yearn to watch KTLK goes on because I never got tired or bored to watch this show as it was just too good, superb, just amazing and so romantic with the Naino Ki Bhasha language. Even during the flood time in November 2011 in Bangkok, while staying at my cousin's hotel and at apartment for two months, the first thing when I used to do when I get up in the morning is to watch KTLK episode as I wasn't able to watch at night. Also when Sony channel has been removed from our area in October 2012, every Thursday night I used to stay awake and watch KTLK episodes at 1:30 am since I have holiday on Friday or else I would have sleepless nights.

Last but not the least, I just want to say A Very Big Thank To Rajan Sir and the entire team of Director's Kut Production and also A Very Big Thank You Yo Sneha Ma'am and the entire Sony channel for giving us a cult show like Kuch Toh Log Kahenge. A Very Big Thank You To Kamlesh Pandey Sir who have given the audience with such an unbelievable dialogues in this show. Also A Very Big Thank You to Sharad Kelkar, Kritika Kamra, Mohnish Behl, Vishal Malhotra, Ishita Sharma, Rukhsar Rehman, Alok Nath Ji, Karan Wahi, Nitesh Pandey, Vijay Kashyap, Nandita Puri, Kavita Vaid, Sanatan Modi and the entire team of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge for making the journey of KTLK a memorable and lovable one. The journey of Dr. Ashutosh- Dr. Nidhi and Dr. Ranganath-Anji were truly and totally incredible. We all KTLK fans are hoping for Kuch Toh Log Kahenge Season 2 with same theme, same, concept and same cast and crew as we want the magic to be re-created once again on Indian Television. Cab only remember the last episode of KTLK with the Holi celebrations and the promise from Ashu-Nidhi ( Sharad Kelkar and Kritika Kamra) of getting back with the audience real soon !!! Kuch Toh Log Kahenge will always live on in our hearts forever.

Well ,I read everyone's comments about what they feel about KTLK,how they all miss it,for me KTLK made me think about life and relationships, what to expect from a relation ,how to read silences and how gestures mean more than words.when i saw the promo of the show,I thought ok here comes another show where girl will woo boy and they somehow or the other they will get married and after that the whole army of in laws and all will come. But how wrong I was, first the vivacious bubbly Nidhi drew me towards the show, her smile lit up my otherwise dull day,and I so wanted her to take care of that lonely handsome doc who everyone was either taking advantage or was afraid to go near him,I loved the process of their falling in love and though they never ever said those three words to each other aloud,we could still feel itThe dialogues were awesome, acting natural, songs intelligently chosen and the backgroung Saiyaan was to die for. Then came the news of the lead leaving the show and it felt as if the journey would end but in came other Ashutosh and before I knew I was blown away by his sincerity in performance, his deep voice ,and his expressive eyes which conveyed even that which he perhaps wanted to hide,I once again fell in love with a character, much after Abhimanyu Rai of Fauji ,and then Ashni's pain became our pain, their joys made me happy, waited every night to go along with them, some stupid tracks not withstanding the show has become a part of my life experience,I will always cherish thees memories,I am so much influenced by the show that even after almost 6 months that this journey ended,I am not able to watch any other show,at the most I watch old episodes, relive those moments, and hope that some day our Ashni will return .
