@ bold

this is what they take as first lesson in art of living na..😊..

We live our fullest extent in the childhood only.. This is the reason why, we remember everything about our childhood.. but may forget what happened an hour ago!!!

We should do it often to rejuvenate ourselves!!!

Interesting post Mudra. 😊

I have varied interests but none of them can be termed as a serious hobby.

I love to listen to music, mostly hinds songs, easiest to do! (Sujatha knows all about this! 😆)
After 20 years I have started re-learning Veena, and hope I can make it a permanent hobby this time!

Then I love to travel, before kids I used to follow my hubby wherever he went. Now its a lot less 😔 Not an alcoholic but collecting shot glasses wherever I go is something I do!

Love to cook, good stress buster, especially try our new dishes! 😉 I used to try out new deserts for my friend's get togethers...

But what I used to love the most was interior decoration and not just arranging things... I have painted walls, laid wall and floor tiles, wood floors, build wooden shelves, etc... and I am lucky to ahve ny hubby's help, we both share this interest... one more that's on the back burner coz of little kids! 😛

I should say interesting reply!!😛

Though you dont term them as hobbies.. they are stress busters.. you are very creative... you dont find a single moment dull... and find something or other interesting... which keeps you occupied all the time!!😊

This is a rare and great quality.. usually we find people falling prey to boredom very easily. You are very blessed!

If possible, could you tell us more about this interior decoration?😊

Just for you Mudra, interiors of my first house... my current one is way different , the major difference being the presence of two kids now! 😆

So I have painted these walls, laid those floors, changed the lights, learnt and tried out new painting techniques like glazing on the walls, designed built frames, head boards... hoping to get back into these as kids grow older... before KTLK the 3 channels I used to watch were travel, HGTV (home and garden tv) and food network!
