After braving the rumours of being pulled off air for a long time, Sony Entertainment Television's 'Kuch Toh Log Kahenge' is finally set to bid adieu to its viewers on March 28. The show, launched at 8 pm, was later shifted to the 11 pm slot after the channel realised that it fetched better ratings. Adapted from popular Pakistani show 'DhoopKinare', the show also saw a change in its male lead when SharadKelkar stepped into the shoes of MohnishBehl.
Confirms producer Rajan Shahi, "The show is ending because Kritika Kamra, who plays the lead, Dr Nidhi, wants to take a break. I can't think of any other actress as Dr Nidhi. I didn't think twice before replacing Mohnish, but Kritika is synonymous with the show. I can say that this is not the end, but a new beginning."
The actress remained unavailable for comment.
