Monday's episode seems to be the start of the serious part of this track. 😔 Nidhi's soft, kind nature is being pitted against DD's strict, unbending nature and Ashu is caught in the cross-fire. Interesting and difficult to judge who is right and who is not, both DD and Nidhi have valid points. There was still humor in the episode during the meeting, with the old couple and even Ashni's convo when they entered, but at the same time DD is starting to become tough and more nosy by the day. 😲 😒
Regarding Aditi, its still wait and watch for me, though she is starting to sound like a broken record. Where Nidhi has a purpose to her ways, Aditi has none. 😕 Other than egging Nidhi on, she does not seem to have a direction as yet.
Where is all this going to lead? My hope is towards Ashni gaining more understanding as a couple, and more realization of what a life-long commitment means after seeing the old couple. 😊
I felt awkward seeing the DD-Ashu convo at lunch time, its a different matter if husband and wife have a private convo at lunch, but DD openly putting down Nidhi in front of Ashu is just not done.👎🏼 He has absolutely no business meddling in the intricacies of the married life of his staff, even if it happens to be his favorite student. 😡
I could feel Ashu cringing when DD speculated that Ashu would have to bend backwards to make things work at home with Nidhi since, according to him she was so inexperienced and immature.😔 These comments from someone so senior is not appropriate, even at lunch time and other informal times colleagues need to maintain some level of professionalism. 😒
I must say I liked Ashu's response though. 👍🏼 When it was about the hospital issues and voting, he rightly defended Nidhi's ability as a doctor, irrespective of her lack of attention to rules, and mentioned her excellent performance till date.😊 At the same time when it came to DD's comment on their personal life, he kept quiet and refused to disclose any details of his and Nidhi's private life. 😳
The only thing is if DD continues this personal dislike campaign against Nidhi and starts making overt references to Ashni's private life ever so often, I hope Ashu recognizes the danger signs, especially after the bitter lesson with Mallu. Where he refused to comment today, I hope the next or the next to next time he puts his foot down and tells DD in a strong manner to back off and restrain from making any references to his private life😡 as he had no complaints with his wife. And since DD hardly knew Nidhi, he was not in a position to malign his wife's name in public. I really want to see that from this Ashu. 😳
So, trouble is brewing and Nidhi's soft and compassionate nature is at fault. She was truly worried when the old man refused food and medicine and is willing to take a risk to keep the old couple happy. Well, she is going to pay for this. The ironic aspect part is this same girl initially tried to explain the situation to the old lady and even though she is against DDs new rules, she had no intention of breaking them. But then its against her nature to see people sad. Tough she spoke to Aditi about it, I found that this decision was solely Nidhi's, IMO she was not as influenced, yes Aditi saying that rules are meant to be broken did push Nidhi, but I feel her decision to help the couple was already made by then.
Precap: Poor Nidhi, every time she plans to go out with Ashu, it gets thwarted. Happened last year at new years, then again with the first month anniversary with Mallu in residence, then on her birthday when she wanted to enjoy her day, she was stuck with a grueling operation and now this. I just hope that if this gets cancelled Ashu will make up for it on new years this year?? 😕 And Ashni will patch up by then. 🤔
Wonder what Wednesday has in store... I am sure Ashni are going to argue over this outing tomorrow, but this will not be the big one. The next day Nidhi is going to sneak in more food as promised and get caught, so her nomination will get cancelled and then all hell is going to break loose between Ashni.😲 😔
