My question is why even opportunities written into the script are wasted...why there is a lack of imagination...

it is true that the same actors have done some bit of physical intimacy before on this show...although even that was not excessive, even by TV standards,...but, post the separation, it has been pathetic!..!

Sujatha, I feel they are struggling with the storyline.Look at characterization of Nidhi.First she was not ready for her own child.She wanted 2 yrs for her career(I don't have any problem with that).She was not ready for the responsibility though her husband is in 40's.Now she is ready to adopt Khushi! Why? Or is it bec Khushi is a readymade child?We all know Kids demand time & attention! So basically nothing is consistent in KTLK neither romance nor characterization.

@bold...that is the key..no gestation period and no baby bumps...maybe she thinks adoption comes with an exit option...she can return the kid if she finds the going difficult...much like she did when she broke off with Ashutosh during the Kerala phase, when she found herself incapable of handling family pressures...!

You guys are correct, maybe it is the exit option that is attracting our fickle-minded Nidhi.

Initially when Ashutosh was reluctant to enter into relationship with Nidhi & Anjie use to warn Nidhi abt the age difference thing, it was Nidhi who was eager for this love affair.Later when her father was not ready to accept age difference marriage she wanted to get out of it fairly quickly( before Kerala track when she was avoiding Ashutosh)... & not only Nidhi, look at Ashutosh.His characterisation has also undergone tremendous change! That's the point.Nothing is consistent in this hatke serial.

Don't know why since the seperation track haven't felt the chemistry between the lead pair maybe the director is different but there is strange distance between the two they are more into everyone else than with each other. Maybe Nidhi is willing to adopt now as ashu has been a devdas without khushi , so probably feels won't be so morose , and she can concentrate on her career , but Sujata you are abs right there is no intimacy or even a suggestion of it between the two

Sujatha ji thats the whole point i hav been posting n commenting abt lack of intimacy n romance between the lead pair i dont know wats the issue but this istakin me far away from KTLK
