Beautiful post Mudra. Very nicely written... Now, I understood clearly about the feelings of Ashutosh and why he is behaving like this...Thanks.

A very touching and heartfelt post Mudra. 👏

Very philosophical one and very poetic too. You have perfectly described AShu's mental state and why he is so empathetic towards Khushi. He feels this need to protect her from everything that he has undergone. He feel its her right to feel loved and cared for and so that's what he is proceeding to do. By overlooking her faults and lapses, and indulging her at every step he is merely gaining her confidence. And once that is done he can then start to shape her future.

Wonderfully described Mudra, this is really one of your best posts.

Good one. Khushi is a free bird. 😉

😆 😆 More than the character on the stand alone basis, I liked the reason behind introducing these characters...

But of course, I am a fan to Rukhsar too..😊

Very well written, Mudra...the analogy is admirable...

Ashutosh's perspective is completely understandable. ...Like recognizes like...it is as simple as that...I, for one, have never had any problems with his feelings for Khushi...she is his weak spot for she is a reflection of himself...

Moving on to Khushi, while I agree that excessive and overly mature talk is a defense mechanism, a child who has lived out on the streets will also have sharply developed survival skills...she will not deliberately bait at every opportunity...she knows her survival and well-being depends on these people...children are far more smart than we give them credit for...I would still say the the writing of the child's character is flawed...simply because she is being used as a mouth-piece to voice ideologies...a street kid or an abandoned kid is still a kid at the end of the day...you can sense their vulnerability within minutes of interacting with them...the facade is not as thick as they imagine...

when she asked for her stomach to be resized, the words had tremendous impact because a harsh truth of life was couched in a child's words...that was the last time I saw that genius as far as the child goes! Ever since, she has been turned into a propaganda piece!

Sorry if I have gone beyond your writing. But since, this is an analogy, I thought it would be fitting to talk of what inspired it in the first -place!

Thank you very much Sujatha...😊

I have echoed the same in a reply to Rabzy's post yesterday..and Rabz thought I should repost it...hence this analogy... please read here also

And 'the stomach resized'...made me out of moods for a whole day...

No.. I dont take any child character as a flaw... they are the reflections of the upbringing...

I have had an unfortunate fate to meet a 22 year old mother to a 7 year old boy... who used to sit outside their hut and search for the possible 'customers'... some of the illegal entrants or refugees from our neighboring countries have no security even from the police... as we donot have any responsibility for them... Some old rich stupids...come here, marry and simply vanish after a month or two... very few people had the luck to get some 'alimony' ... Others had to sought the ways to look after themselves... I used to write petitions/ pleading notes for these illiterate mothers...

Should we hate the child ?? does he know exactly what he is doing ???...for that matter I dont blame the bigger kid (his mother) too...

I dont say, KTLK should be another Satyamev jayate ... but at the same time, donot hate the child... She is after all a kid...whatever she may have uttered...I prefer to ignore...

Sorry... if I have sounded somewhat aggressive...but simply loved the current track and kept quiet all these days...but thought at some point of time I should praise the efforts of the writer too to bring a sensitive issue in a sensible way!!

Remember, you have suggested that AshNi should adopt a child... I liked that idea very much... but, KPji incorporated that in this hatke way!!! Bow down to his expertise!!!

Ofcourse!!! Our writerji is a big 'Surprises ka Bhandar'... tomorrow this kid might turn out to be a part of some underground agents... just like our Mad-Mallika turned out to be something very sick...🤢
