Yes Anudidi, in KTLK, even a smallest scene never comes unnecessary; later it comes with big fat issue. And today, they took nearly half of the episode just on this "Nidhi unaware of surgery that too under Ashu" topic, so, they r gonna relate it to some big big "Kaand"

Tanuji, if duty charts have to be checked 1 day in advance, then, day before yesterday, Nidhi had left KGH immediately when she knew Ashu was with Mallu -- had been to drop her off from subzi-market. So. it is possible it went unnoticed by Nidhi. Per aaj ke din ka toh pata nahin, They will show a reason why she didnt happen to know about this early morning surgery that too under Behemoth Neurosurgeon like Dr. Ashutosh.

I do not know about others but I DONOT have the heart to see my husband taking care of the women who not only was obsessed with him but also tried to kill me.

Okay , she sent him to warn him but then she clearly asked him not to to go after her . So it is justified that she gets mad and it is hubby's turn to manao her and not to sit with that hubby ego as this time her patience has been tested too far.

if i would havebeen at nidhi's place...i even wouldn't have send ashu for mallika's help...nidhi was far too generous😭
