True Shikha...but MUs and toofans also bring tension and TRPs na...so maybe they want a big blast!

the simple solution on this is that ashu should take nidhi under his trust and explain each and every situation of mallika and her preganancy.no hide and seek game.nidhi,as a woman and mostly as a doctor can understand better.and at the time of emergency he accompanied her with him.so no problem at all.
