I don't like what KPji has done with Ashu's character and the way he's using Ashu's wishes & internal dark side issues and bringing in Mallu & her pregenancy. We have already seen tooo much of Mallu and this is getting very repetitive - Mallu interfering in AshNi's lives. It gets depressing to see negativity and Nidhi crying/Ashu angry & brooding.
Couldn't KPji have let Ashu keep his unhappiness of not having a baby right away brought in gradually into a story? Like having a storyline where an orphan kid is brought to the hospital in critical situation in Nidhi's children ward, and shown to have gone through some unbelievable situations in life as Ashu. AshNi would help the orphan kid heal and also learn of his struggles.
While helping the orphan kid, they could bring out Ashu's nightmares from his past, where he would become quiet sometimes while watching this orphan and remembering his dark past. This would open up Nidhi to his past and allow Ashu to talk about his past slowly, allowing Nidhi to learn about what Ashu is hiding from and what his fears are. This allows Nidhi to understand why Ashu would like to have a baby soon and understand his feelings.
This also allows Nidhi to grow and mature, both as a woman and a doctor - remember Ashu always thinks of her as a kid. As Nidhi matures, she can think about motherhood.
No Mallu needed!!!
What a great track Hinaji...👏
