Deepa, isn't the whole idea of a spoof primarily to highlight the absurdity of a situation...it is just that it is couched in humor...isn't that what satirists and cartoonists world over are doing? I don't see how this is tantamount to insulting your subject ...there is nothing personal there...your love for the show is commendable...but don't you also tend to pick on things that you love the most...if you did not care, why would you even bother...?!
