I don't think reconciling itni easy hoga. In my POV to hide marriage from mallu, nidhi can not live in the same house, she will have to leave. Will he go that far as to ask his wife, of just a few days, to leave the house because of his concern for your friend, aur woh bhi jisne(by his own admission)has caused her a lot of pain. I dont think so.

If he does and she leaves... Getting her back after all the Truths are revealed, whew not happening man. DB and CB won't let her go back. I think Arman will go against him also, he adores his nidhi bhabhi.
