Wonderful update sharmishta,
very emotional , I was connected to there feelings.
Poor Nidhi, she came to know about the illness of her mother when she was heartbroken only few minutes back.
Ashutosh was not able to decide how to handle this situation, but he managed quite well.
In this character of ashu MB suits so well ,can only imagine him .

Ashutosh consoled and supported Nidhi so well and asked her to take care of her mother. Pure love was shown in his every action. The way he was protective , and how he stood beside her to support her.

Nandani here is so understanding
not like col. Verma in the show.
So now only hurdle between them is ashu insecurities .

Relation of mother and daughter is beautifully sketched.
Nandani has not yet told her about ashu's past

looking forward for the next update. Eagerly waiting for the next update

Thank god...atleast Nidhi's family members(mom)are supportive of this relationship with Ashu...such a nice bonding between MOM-Daughter...loved it... Daughter & Mother 1

My POV is usually girls comfortably confront everthing with mom rather than dad... You Rock, Mom

Hi,

Just read the part 10... As always you did well with flow and narration...

I am surprised at the pace of the progress.. I felt it is going too fast...

Before the info on Ashu's confession sinks in, Nidhi is hit by another Tsunami... Her mom's health. And she also got a hint (Wrong or right I do not know) from Ashu about his reluctance in converting this love - truth into a relation... He has his own valid reasons for this. The gentleman he is, he is bound to behave like this only...

Now Nidhi has to break his rules and barge into his inner space and give him confidence that she is taking right decision. To accept it, it is very tough for Ashu because she herself and her mom told him before that Nidhi is not good in making right decisions.😊

Just to put some picture, I felt Ashu is around 30 when Nidhi joined as his student at the age of 17... Please do clarify my imagination...

Looks like you will resolve the battle of relation and bring both of them on same stand before the actual death of Mrs.Verma.

Though Mrs.Verma knows, still I feel, it will fit the bill if AshMan discloses about his wife to Nidhi. He is handling all the situations very well till now. His interpersonal skills are too good I should say...

I guess you can slow down a bit and introduce some more scenes than coffee sharing and grading the papers, to bring out the nuances in the relation..

Poor Nidhi, really had a emotional roller coaster ride. Both of them know they love eachother, but Ashu is hesitant. Very nicely written. Very good flow..
Only thing It is a bit difficult to accept that Nidhi was unaware of fact about her father. just my POV...

Do I need to say, I am waiting eagerly for next part

I really like the way Ashu is handling the current situation. He is sensitive ( comforting Nidhi with encouraging words---There are times when our parents need us more than we do and for you this time has come a little bit earlier). He is practical (reminding her of the deadline and offering her to help grading papers). I really like your portrayal of Ashu.

Yes this story is unpredictable and I eagerly wait for your updates. Please continue.

PS. I imagine MB in this role. I enjoy watching SK as AShu too. I'm a huge SK fan but in this case its just an old habit. Happy writing!

Thanks dear. 😊 This FF has actually not much in common with the show other than some character names and age-gap love story.

For the show, I had stopped watching even before MB left. So, although I have nothing for or against any actor, I have not seen SK as Ashu at all. So, probably the way Ashutosh would be depicted in my FF, it will always fit MB more. 😊

Its going to be your Longest AshNi FF.. Thats nice..
I love chap. 9 & 10.. Though all the chapters are beautifully written n described..
In chap. 9 Ashu confaced but now he dnt want the relationship when he knows Nidhi also love him.. He is right from his POV. But his dearest Nidhi gonna be all alone.. Nidhi knows she is gonna be hurt.. now looking forward Nidhi will be agree to hurt n live on Ashu's frndship only or AshNi will sort out matters...
no mercy on you post asap..
