One solution for that is they could recycle some set...say Nidhi's home or something else...This channel and PH is penny-pinching on the show...And has been doing that since a long time now...Very disappointing to see that...But of they do show it like this then it would really be interesting to watch...after all this is a show about 2 doctors falling in love...But since quite a while it has become the story of one employed and one 'voluntarily unemployed' doctor falling in love...Now we know why the rate of voluntary unemployment rises in the country...😆...

@Mehek: yeah! Unemployment in this country is high.. Nidhi hd to pay price earlier bcoz dr.ashu ws insecure & ashamed of fallen for young girl.. Now when he hs realised that nidhi is his only partner... He can't force her to join back kotnis due to unwillingness of nidhi..:( new set for hosp.. Bit risky or they cn use upper floor of kotnis as new hosp.. & Show outside shoot of hosp as smething else..:)
