It was wonderful, Hansini!!! You write very well and your words are very evocative.. They conjure up a mental imagery of the scene..and the descriptions.. the birds chirping and crickets screeching and the Ashu's mental state was very well done too!

Nidhi has occupied his heart and mind so much that he's no longer who he was... He has changed and she has changed him.. You brought forth that so well..and in the end, her chiding him and he ... So lost in the newness of the feeling of loving and begin loved... That he doesn't care..he just wants to break free...

And that is what being in love with Nidhi has done to him... Broken him out of those emotional shackles, so much so that he no longer feels constrained and no longer thinks about consequences ...at least not at the cost of stopping him from enjoying simple pleasures...like the rain...

Well done, hope to see you contributing more on this forum.

Beautiful OS Hansini. So serene, so tranquil. You reminded me of the last scene of Notting Hill, one of my favourites. You have a way with words. You brought the entire scene alive. Look forward to more from you.

Lizzie that was a beautful analysis of my OS. With AshNi I have always imagined this - Ashutosh goofing up when it comes to love, trivial things of everyday life and Nidhi pulling him up, yanking his chain lovingly. Would be great to see them start a life together - donno if the drama quotient of the show would permit something of that sort.
Beautifully said - being in love has helped him come out of his emotional tangles...and enjoy simple things in life which otherwise would have gone unnoticed.
Nidhi has managed to bring out the 'Real' him which all along lay closetted in the dark dungeons of pain, misery and hurt.
Thanks for liking and commenting, begining to love this forum will definitely contribute.
You were great with words yourself, 👏👏👏👏 would love to read more.

Hey Mimoha thanks for liking the OS. Must admit AshNi makes me go all mushy mushy 😃
Notting Hill has been one of my favs too...I can never forget the scene where Hugh Grant peeps out and raises his hand for a question and goes 'Are there any circumstances in which the two of you might be more than good friends ?' and she goes cheeky with 'I hoped there would be, but am sure there aren't'...with the entire paparazzi looking on ...
Which scene were you referring to ?
