Tall,pretty and striking in her demeanour thats Rukhsar for you! The leggy lass,who was seen in Ram Gopal Vermas Sarkar,D and recently in Bejoy Nambiars Shaitan,debuted some years ago with Deepak Anands Yaad Rakhegi Duniya opposite Aditya Pancholi.Rukhsar makes an empathic appearance on telly currently riding on the success of the prime time TV show Kuch Toh Log Kahenge as Dr Mallika.About role in the show Rukhsar shares details,I love the role that I am doing.People say that I am the one who adds spice to the show! The character is not who I am,so I have to portray something very different from my own personality,which makes it all the more interesting.And I have to play two sides of a character,where on hand hand she is negative and slightly vicious;and on the other hand shes romantic. She adds,It is a little difficult to play that role because I have never been through this situation in my life.But having said that,I have no qualms about playing an older woman because it is an important role in the show. So are reality shows the next step She laughs and says,I am not a very open person and I am scared to talk about my personal life in front of people.I dont think I will ever do a reality show. Ask her about her transition to the small screen after doing films and she says,I love being in front of the camera.I have to satisfy the artist in me at the end of the day.And if I have a good role,something that really makes an impact to the script,I do not mind even if I have two-three scenes.The medium big or small does not matter. Point taken.As talk veers to Rukhsars personal life,we ask her about the ups and downs of her life and her bad marriage.Remarried to actor/director Faruk Kabir,Rukhsar says,After a certain age,you are experienced and strong enough to handle crisis like this.When you are young,you have that fire and the capacity to come out of any situation.Even I did not sit back and brood over it.On one hand,I feel that girls should marry early,but on the other hand I feel girls should get married only when they find their soul-mate.Love is an amalgamation of a lot of things;sometimes you get it early in life,sometimes you get it late. Now that she is happily married again,does she feel that it makes life easier to have a spouse from the same industry She replies,Faruk understands understands that there are a lot of people around me.Sometimes we have night shoots,outdoor shoots.He is very supportive as a husband.
