Dr Ashutosh sound better than sir like in KZK parena call Mr Bajaj to ronit roy then nidhi also can call him Dr Ashutosh but not sir this sir look like she is his student that make age gap more bigger.

yaar u r 100% right abt everything, spl nidhu should called"ashu by something spl name, something like ashu called her like "doc", and even" kiddos" though she didn,t like that but that was a sweet one,

ditto .. i was abt to point out this thing ...y cvs r so confused ..that how will nidhi address ashu n vice versa .

I feel that Hey Doc, Kiddoo, Suniye ji , ye tino hi pyar se pukar ne wala name...Neither Ashu can call Nidhi Hey doc infront of everyone, nor Nidhi can call Ashu Suniye Ji infront of everyone...And if they starts calling with Hey Doc, or Suniye ji all the time, then that will be boring...Sweetness jo hai, wo nehi rahegi...😉...

And as for Nidhi's addressing him...I really thought she was teasing him today when she first used it! when she was pleading with him to accompany her to the disc! But then she did it again! 😲..YE kya ho raha hai? What happened to Suniye ji? And why can't she just call him "Ashuji"..that would be so cute! Respect bhi rahega aur endearment bhi!

And Rohan also calls NIdhi "Nidhiji" and "aap" whereas she's comfortable with "tum" for him! I really don't get it! 😕

Exactly!! or may be cvs are paving a way for Nidhi to be at Kotnis rather than any other Hosp.
remember, Nidhi was thrown out from Kotnis on disciplinary grounds by Ashutosh himself. Now no management will agree to bring back..even if Ashutosh wants her back..how will he do that?
(ofcourse this would have been possible few days ago when the story was completely going illogical!! but as cvs are making some efforts to bring it on track, may be they are looking for some stronger base)

For this I feel the lucknowi hindi touch.. older generation call their chidren also using 'aap'...age gap issue may be..same case with 'nidhiji'..But if you ask me why 'tum' to Mallika...may be 'baarah saal gandagi'.
