BT- Viewers react to time slot change

Stony Channel has decided to shift its popular show "Kuch Toh Khichdi Pakayenge" from its 8 pm slot to 11 pm. This decision, the channel says is due to the 'mature' content in the show. It seems only .mature audience can understand what khichdi is being cooked between the adorable Munni & the charming Dr.Handsome . Since all 'mature' people reach home only after 10.30, the channel feels the show cannot survive at 8 pm slot when shows for bachhas are aired. Our reporter met some viewers who gave mixed reactions.

"I am not at all happy with this decision." Says Mrs. Gulbadan. " I have been addicted to watching my dimple king at 8 pm , give my reviews at his fb wall, sing bhajans in praise and then watch the re-telecast again at 11 pm. This decision has completely upset my schedule ."

So what does she plan to do at 8 pm from 27^th February ?

" I guess I have to be content by watching some 'immature' content in another channel. I have heard that this show is very informative for teenage girls. My 14 year daughter never misses any episode. She has turned pious too; always calling out to God 'Rabba ve'.

Not everyone shares her sentiments though. Mr.Natwatlal says he is more than pleased with the channel's decision. "My wife completely ignores me from 8 to 11 pm. Every time she opens her big mouth she keeps comparing me with that man with dimples. The other day she even suggested that I go to a plastic surgeon to get a dimple!"

Mr.Montu Dharma too feels it is a good move. The newly wed guy complains that his wife Jassi ignores him just to watch Dr.Handsome flash his dimple. His mother too had been worried that her bahu spends all her 'quality time from 8 to 11.30 in front of tv, how would she ever get a 'ghar ka chiraag'.

Tintu , a five year old says he will 'miss watching Hans uncle on tv. " Momma always give me chocolates & ice creams so that I don't disturb her. But if uncle Hans is not going to come on tv at 8 pm, may be she will help me with my home work.So am quiet happy."

Looks like the majority wants the show restricted to 11 pm. So keep watching your favourite show KTKP every mon-fri, 11 pm on the one and only STONY channel.

It is becoming a habit to read Bakwas Times every morning...So my request to Boss and reporter : please continue to do all the hard work...we need BT Edition everyday ( what if date is added along with the subject...like a newspaper be it Bakwas :D :D )

P.S.-- I am very interested on the term 'MATURE CONTENT'...;)..Could you please as a reporter throw some light on it ? What is Stony's thinking process about the 'mature content'...exactly what kind of 'mature content' they are going to deliver ? And what is viewer expectation all over India on KTKP full of 'mature content' ;) :D :D
