I know many of the FF members are😡 now

Cant help it!

Ashu is so unromantic,insensitive ,he doesnt care for nidhi,he cares for mallu ,he doesnt buy her gifts...no kissin no touchin bla bla

y is every one against him

god!

We all know his history, he is a orphan and has never known a family...he never had one...when Dr M unofficially took him in,he was a grown up and even though he loved baba,he must have had a void in his heart...he wasnt brought up until then in a secured environment(remember MB's post on Ashu's story?)...even though Dr M gave him a home,he never gave hm a sir name...I ask u...how often do we get asked abt our families...how often do we share our sib's pics and talk abt family get togethers ,cousins n all...he never got any of those memories..when his frens would talk abt it,how would a teenager or a kid ashu would feel...when they would have asked abt his family,he would have had 2 mention his sad story and ppl who looked at him like a par or even looked up 2 him, would see him as a inferior...would pity him...when ashu told nidhi abt his life be4 that car scene,didnt we all feel sad for him?

He never had a normal childhood n hence he was and is bitter...he has never gotten those things most of us take for granted...he had 2 fight dogs ..remember?

when ashu met mallika,he found a true friend...even though mallu loved him,he never loved her back and she knew it...but she stuck wid him nevertheless...she had hopes but ashu never gave her any...it was a true frendship and ashu who was lookin for a frend clinged on to it..

when baba left him,he would have been devastated...mallu was there ofcourse...remember that happened 5 yrs ago and we know ashu mallu frenship is 12yrs old...so when baba left him,he must have turned 2 her for solace ...and she did not disappoint him...he survived...bitter but yes he survived...that credit should go 2 mallu 2 some extent...arman would have helped as well I guess...but mallu would have been there wid him when he moved from baba ka makan 2 his present home...i bet it would have been painful...and she was there wid him...if he was stupid she would have manipulated him 2 marry her and Iam sure she tried...but never managed.

We know that ashu probably has a past...he has had a gf ...but we dont know wat happened...when the gal or her parents found out he was a orphan and dint have a family name, they or worse ,she might have backed out...ashu who is already alone would have been crushed...again Mallu would have been there...coz we know she was his frend from med school...and Iam guessin ashu wouldnt be stupid enuf 2 fall in love be4 12th class...

no he is not stupid...he is a brain surgeon for god's sake...and a reputed one at that...so when he has mallu for a friend Iam sure he has a good reason for that...he trusts her unconditionally...even when she told him abt all the tricks she did at mumbai et al,he 4gave her...n why shoulnt he...after all,she was there wid him thru thick and thin...

If he would have ditched a 12yr old frenship for a barely 12 day love,what is the guarentee that he will not ditch nidhi for sum one else...He did not ditch mallu and this shows his strenght of character...we know nidhi truly loves him but he doesnt...right?...once bitten twice shy.

he doesnt buy gifts for nidhi simply coz he doesnt know how 2 woo a gal...he didnt have that kind of easy life wich nidhi had...rohan n arman had...he is simple and honest...he didnt lie to nidhi abt the tie coz he never thought it was a big deal...he doesnt ask for a date coz he is takin his time in the relationship...testin waters I guess...gettin 2 know her...he is amused by her and he is just startin 2 be happy...the more he gets 2 know her,he will know wat she likes and doesnt like and behave accordingly...thanks 2 arman...

he loves her...we know..his bechaini 2 meet her. even when he is busy..his reluctance 2 be wid mallu...all this is love...

his acid test was when he came 2 know abt nidhi's house...if he came through that hatred,there is nothin 2 stop him from lovin her...4ver...even when that hatred tries 2 cum back in some way,he will remember that sadhvi's last words...

as far as no huggin kissin is concerned,Iam happy that for once ,they are not rushin into it...dont we all say...GUYS ONLY WANT ONE THING...y is it un natural when a guy behaves like a gentleman...he doesnt feel the need to touch her ...he is in love wid a gal and loves her for who she is and not for her body...if they would have jumped into it na,Iam sure we IF members would have have shout ourselves hoarse...abt wat happened abt fallin in love thing... we would have commented abt how despo they are ...or atleast ashu is...

Their love is more out of respect and understandin...and thats the kind that lasts ...not the wham bam thank u mam kind...

but Iam sure we are not missin it...coz we have such wonderful writers of FF in the forum...hats off to them for doin a amazin job of story telllin...the CVs couldnt have done it and they wouldnt have shown it on tv as well...

just my thought ppl...

Jayanti Deepa,
Reading your post was so refreshing to see that at least there are a few of us out there who are looking at the story, and enjoying this lovely unfolding of human nature and feelings.
The story is unfolding very well, provided we let the KTLK team do their job.
Nidhi has a lot of growing up to do too.
I just hope the show continues long enough for the story to show us all the gaps that DK had left for our imagination to fill in.

Oh dear god... when will ppl learn...that FOREVER love is neither .. the ancient era.. AshNi style..that lasts.. n neither the 'wham bam' on standalone!

Love is the healthy mix of both ...which lasts... seriously.. get out of the forest ...🤪

his relationship is not subservient to his relation to mallu..he needs time 2 be comfortable in this relationship..he understands that he needs to give nidhi time...n he tries to..but at the same time he feels guilty coz somewhere he feels responsible for wat happ 2 mallu...any person wid a conscience would feel the same if someone whom they trust try to harm themselves bcoz they are in love with other...some ppl need time and space in a relationship..like ashu.they tend to feel suffocated n trapped if they dont get that...some like nidhi dont need that...they r as comfortable with a fellow passenger as they are wid frens...and ths is what KTLK is all about...how two ppl who r as different as chalk n cheese fell in love...this show is just not abt age difference,,,it hasgot much more to it...

there r many shows based on two 'diff" ppl but nothin can beat this...

even BALH ...usme to priya needs a reason 2 hug ram...god😲...dar lag raha hai...aap upset haiin...aaapko rote hue nahi dekh sakti...usme hug karne ki kya jarurat hai yaar😉...

as far as romance is concerned,there r many shows which show ample of that..thank god (oops CVS) they have spared this subtle love story.. I agree that physical contact is needed..Iam sure it will come ..but in the meantime ,I wanna see how despite all the differences in personalities,these 2 stick wid each other and let it be,.right now Iam fallin in love with them as they are experiencing the joy of being together...getting to know each other...

even in real life,in many cases,physical relationship doesnt start immediately after the I love u , u love me scene...any relationship...esp the ones in which differences in terms of age,family background,level of maturity etc is huge ,needs to be dealt with tenderly and Iam loving the way they are dealing with it...for now...

trust me..that.. i know very well what this love story is about... 😆 unlike what u wuld like to believe! being honest.. frank.. and comfortable with ur G.F ...is not unheard or out of the world for age gap couples!! spending time will help and should help to bridge this hitchkichahat! But the whole.. making Nidhi wait for him to visit.. while he cant tell Mallu that he has to go see on Nidhis baba or tell Nidhi that he is stuck.. n wont be able to come.. doesnt make any sense... n has nothing to do with age gap... its utter nonsensical stupidity...

Deepa, believe me, we are giving Ashu a chance to get this right, to make us realize how much he loves Nidhi. We understand his insecurities, his background, his comfort level with Mallika, and his attempts (?) to woo Nidhi. I also understand his guilt regarding Mallu's suicide attempt. And, yes, Nidhi and Ashu are totally different, and this process of bridging the gap can be written beautifully.

The cvs skipped the whole process of falling in love. Instead, we had this passionate declaration by Ashu and I went along with the cvs.Now, we are at this point where he is supposed to be so deeply in love with Nidhi and just can't help himself. Great!! love it...I then wait for this guy to show us how starved he is for love, to give and receive love. This guy finally has someone loving him unconditionally. I did see the tadap in him on Monday and would love to see more of that. However, I failed to see why he had to be told by Mallika to go after Nidhi in the hospital scene. I've been trying to understand that...and I also need help in understanding why the guy lied so effortlessly to Nidhi in front of Mallika and then pulled out the tie from his pocket right after she left the room!!! why couldn't he just take out the tie when Nidhi was in the room and discuss it with the 2 women?? what kind of message is he sending to his 12-saal dost??

As for BALH, they are an adorable couple and that story is totally different, and so I will not compare it to KTLK.

We are not asking for a physical relationship, just the need to reach out to your lover...This has nothing to do with age. It is so vital in a relationship. We are not asking for even a hug. For eg, just the simple act of removing the hair from your lover's forehead can be so romantic. Maybe Ashu isn't there yet...
