just put an index/ Intro about chapters and Pages..

Copy and paste the previous chapters in the thread.

And when ever you update a chapter..

Just go to the first post in the thread...

Click Edit..

On the Top, You'll have the subject Folder/ Title..
Just edit the title as u wish and click "update Post"
