👎🏼 Mallu's love for Ashu: first and foremost , her side of love and relation with ashu was not shown in a proper manner, it was always shown on professional and friendly terms... Sadly even after knowing Ashu for 12 yrs she failed miserably to touch his life/his heart in a way which Nidhi did... She failed to know why he has changed, why he has become what he is now, which Nidhi did know by Kaka and By Ashu itself... Nidhi's love for Ashu her side of love is matured . as she never demanded love and attention from him (she pulled some stunts to know if he is interested or not bus ).. She cared for him and accepted him after seeing a side of his which no one did... she made his problems hers and wished she could help him only to ease him from the pain and to let go of his past which hunts him , she is ready to live with his past and at same time willing to bring present with more colors...She said she wont mind if he loves her or not but that will not stop her from caring for him .. love with friendship in it ... she has accepted age gap with a smile just as she accepted the fact that she loves him , that smile will never fade with peoples taunts, when her father adviced her not to bring shame to family, she didnot think about that more, as she was sure she is not wrong in loving a man older to her but some where she was confident she can have her love against all odds ... only if her love was with her... She gave him complete freedom to love or not love her
Differences in Nidhi and Mallika;s love towards Ashu :- Both ladies did take ashu for granted but the only difference is that, Ashu took one lady as nothing and another one as everything ... Nidhi never rubbed her love or freedom she has gotten from Ashu , she always given him option to love her back or not , where as Mallika she never gave him freedom , her love was no option for Ashu and was a command (I know i said this above but brought them again together )
Ashu's love for Nidhi is practical. .. Love makes u think about future but at same time that also becomes the reason for letting go of ur love for fears of pain ur love will have to face... which is not a solution but a excuse from running away... as much as i like him care for her future, i want him to realize the day she gets to know he loved or loves her but had to let go her caz of pain which his love will give her will physically and mentally kill the gal...
The Funda of let go ur love and give it freedom is genuine and acceptable, but at same time when ur love comes back to u accept it and never let go has to be embraced too . If love makes one fear about the future the same love gives one enough strength and confidence to over come the same fears with a smile and understanding btw the couple .

Dont mind, i dont like love stories of both reel and real lifes where the couple has to decide their future of love based on others and fears ... though compromised marriages have good love btw couples but that come in later stages ... I am yet to see a love story in reel which has a smile on face when facing the future ...

yeah.. Ashu knows wat type of girl Nidhi is.. he knows she is already infatuated with him.. and if he gives slightest of hint unconsciously or consciously.. he very well knows tht Nidhi will not stop.. and wud go to any extremes... he understands her so well... bt i think jst a little short somehow..

bt i feel he shud give Nidhi her chance to say.. he is still thinking abt his love and the implications of his love on Nidhi.. Y cant he see tht he has swiped away this girls liveliness..

Armaan has ritly argued.. wat abt Nidhi's feelings.. wat if she has lost her smiles by his hurtful actions.. wat wud he do abt it?

I think it wud take some time b4 he wud realize how deeply Nidhi is hurt by his actions.. will he try to bring back those smiles?

What a beautiful post,you have summed up the different shades of love so beautifully.Ashu's love truly is selfless where as Mallika's love is selfish,where she is only thinking about her happiness.
In yesterdays episode Ashu's love was portrayed in such a beautiful way...so divine and pure...all he want's is Nidhi to be happy in her future and he thinks being with him will only bring her pain and doom.

And I would still stick to my point that Ashu's love is truly selfless..He is plagued by guilt that he loves a girl so much younger than himself and being the morally upright person he is, he could never forgive himself if he didn't take sufficient measures to nip it in the bud before it got any further. He feels its better that she is hurt now short-term and gets over it quickly than be with him for life and face ridicule from society and possibly alienation from her family and friends. I agree he is being presumptuous and not considering her feelings in this, but his motives are pure and selfless.. like he himself says "Pyaar toh rahega uske dil mein nafrat bankar aur mere dil mein nasoor".. He's accepting being hated by the object of his affection just so he spares her a lifetime of pain..If that's not selflessness, what is?

That said, I want Armaan to make him realise the truth, that Nidhi would be much rather fight the whole world than live without him!!!

Love of Ashu is selfless, no denying but i see it more as being practical , agar practical hoga tho he he will think in every angle and from every prospects ...

Hmm , i still think He does give Mallu more than needed freedom , he gave both ladies same liberty both ladies crossed it , but Mallu is too much to take and he cannot really be strong in vocal with her ...na not for long , she is good with her emotional attayachar
