Some says it is predictable. Some says it is straight without any curve!!
Well. it is true.
It is simple, straight and yes... predictable.
But there is more to it.
It may be very interesting to watch the lead hero getting married over and over again in the same serial or unlocking the floodgate of illicit affairs. Undoubtedly, these stuff arise immense interest (and TRP as well). But such cheap stunts (!!!) only lowers the quality in making.
For lest several years such look-a-like shows are flocking the Indian television. Once they are off air people hardly remember them. In this era shows like Kuch toh really stands out. It should be marked as an example for coming days.
When DK was aired on Ptv i was not even born. After watching a few epi of KTLK and heard so much about DK i watched several epi of it on YouTube. It was such a well made and nicely treated drama. No wonder after so many years people still remember it.
Same can be said about KTLK. Perfect casting, wonderful acting and above all excellent direction. This show is one of the best romantic pieces ever aired on TV.
It's really a treat watching KTLK
