few doubts about KTLK

i have few doubts abt KTLK..will love to know few things..

1. When did baba left Ashu? 12 yrs back? If yes then why he is waiting for the home so long? why didn't he tried earlier to get it back from the current owner?

2. If baba has left ashu just few days/years back then why he didn't got married to Mallika earlier as ashu was different & full of life before baba left him..also they have known each other since the college days..ashu never said he don't love Mallika but he always gave the reason that he don't have trust on any other relationship as baba left him alone..

1- No I think it's been about 4 or 5 years since Baba left Ashu...I think the house inheritance thing might have been revealed around 3-4 years back...not sure. I think he's been trying to get the house for a while...and the answer has always been the same...in DK...everything is very fresh for Ahmer...including Baba's passing & house problem...and Zoya finds out the inheritance right during the story...

2- He has never loved Mallika. I think it's his nice way of telling her that he doesn;t love her...she has just never been able to ignite that attraction from him...I guess you can say that it's because he's the one for someone else. I think Mallika's insistence upon marriage might have started more recently than 12 years...before Baba leaving him...I guess he probably just ignored Mallu's advances or just laughed it off...or said that he values their friendship more, or whatever...but the truth is that he is not attracted to Mallu in that way...

Anyway these are my guesses. Hope they help! 😊
