In the earlier episodes of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge, we have seen that Dr.Mallika was using her all evil efforts to keep Dr.Nidhi (Kritika Kamra) away from Dr.Ashutosh (Mohnish Behl).
Dr.Mallika is not only gave Dr.Nidhi the clerical work but also allotted Nidhi to work in the night shift. Nidhi is very disturbed as she is not getting time to meet Dr.Ashutosh. On the other side, Nidhi's friend Anji was not satisfied with Nidhi's approach with Dr. Ashutosh. However, now Anji has realized her mistake and she is fully supporting Nidhi.
We have also seen some changes in Dr. Ashutosh's behavior recently. Dr. Ashutosh rarely used to smile but now he is showing his soft corner and smiles often. Dr. Ashutosh is also enjoying the company of Nidhi and asks her that she can call him any time and she can visit his home too.
After listening to these words from Dr. Ashutosh, Nidhi feels very happy and visits Dr.Ashutosh's place early in the morning. Even though Dr.Ashutosh feels awkward to see Nidhi in the early monring but still welcomes her happily.
