I predict that its Ranganth who will help her to get Anji's career to become a fashioner!

or maybe acc to me i guess now ashu will listen to mrs. d'souza and will ask nidhi to join back in and it will tickle in nidhi's mind and heart too...she will try to resist this but will loose and after recalling all what happened to her while this profession like mr harman and shehenshah she will think to get back and also she will be mostly convinced is ashu asked her to join back

I think as per the precap while Dr. Niddhi is cleaning up Dr. Ashutosh's shirt he might receive a call stating that there is an emergency, and no one would be able to acoompany him, but Dr. Niddhi. This time being in hospital again may force her to change ger decision.

I think a similar situation was also in place in DK (not that I am saying it has to be the same here but after all it is an adaptation so some similarities will remain). Right after the tea party, there was an emergency at the hospital...I think both Ashutosh and Nidhi will get back to hospital.

Can't wait till Dr. Nidhi gets back to the hospital permanently.
