Niddhi was very negligent in the end of this episode, she needs someone like Ashutosh to teach her how to be responsible and as an doctor understand many lives depend on her. Ashutosh will be a great influence on her and he will make her realize her potential as an doctor. He him self told Mallika today that she does have potential.
Ashutosh on the other hand needs to be taught how to live life and smile. I think he is so use to loneliness that he no longer wants to make an effort to live life. Niddhi will teach him this.
So at the end of the day I think they will make the perfect couple.
