Yeah, I'm looking forward to all the differences in opinion and how they come around :)

Haha glad to find someone like me on this forum ;) <3

Keep making more posts, you can count me as a regular commentor...even if "commentor" isn't a word 🤣

😆 feels good to know am not the only one who is venturing into new grounds with this show as I am entering the realm of Mr Shahi' world and work thanks for the company 😉😆 @ trust me I know what you mean and would love to hear from you def Aanya my posts would off course be directly proportional to how Mr Shahi handles the show I would so not be able to stand it one minute if he starts making Nidhi go down the Sadhana Bhabhi or Akshara way 😆😆

exactly.I was very surprised to know that this is being made by Rajan Shahi and I do hope Nidhi would be different from his other female leads.I feel she will be otherwise this show may not work.

@ Aanya

I know exactly what you mean by being unable to digest this is a RS show ... when I heard he is making a new show again before having any idea its KTLK i was like oh god not again one more moaning Myrtle 😆 Arent there enough of them already like please god annihilate them all 😆 and then when I learned about RS making KTLK and got all the info on it i was like 😲 U gotta be kidding me

Hope with Nidhi RS introduces a new brand of heroine at least from his soap factory cos ultimately Nidhi cannot be shown as one of those spineless weeping wimps who cant stand up for themselves... she would have to be shown as someone poised elegant and yet feisty enough to be able to defend her relationship and her man cos people would be ready with their barbs handily at the first chance they get to use em

Seriously u guys r such great writers...n i agree with all of u..all my thoughts n feelings have been echoed through ur words.. So honestly speaking, i have nothing more to say on that and anything i'd say on this topic would be merely repeating ur words..

But theres one more pt i would like to share..I guess not only generation gap will put the initial hesitance and the resitance to acknowledge their feelings between them but the fact that ashutosh is her grandfather's adopted son will maybe at one point create a huge mu btw them, making them bury their feelings for each other as a relation between an uncle n his niece is a big no-no for the society even now.. The society wouldnt care if asutosh n nidhi r blood relatives or not, all that would matter would be they get a topic to poke their nose on and pass their judgement without seeing if the persons they're passing their verdict on are happy/not with their verdict...

Lol..i dont know if i make sense or not..but i tried to put my words in feelings...or vice-versa..with half of my brain involved in studies..😆

Pari thanks so much for pointing out the @ bold part too - yeah this is also an aspect which cannot be simply neglected too, I know they had this angle used in DK years ago too but I dont know how they worked around it so and wouldn't wanna see the series as a spoiler too cos that would not only so kill it for me, but also I feel it would be unfair to RS and the KTLK CV team too, though KTLK is a DK remake i dont think that it would be completely going by it too all along the way since the KTLK team would not only have to make this show a lot longer but also it would have to be adapted to the Indian sensibilities along with the current time. Society may not have underwent a revolution in these past 25 years but def there are things which have changed, things which werent applicable then and are acceptable now... things which were OK then and are outdated today so it remains to be seen how the CVs work ard this thing too

@ Neha - OMG you're a Harry Potter fan too?! Wee I love you already 😆 I agree with your description about Nidhi! If she turns spineless, I'll be the first one to switch off the TV 😆

i agree...especially in india-people always say "log kya kahege?" instead of caring about happiness...
ive seen some of the most socially perfect marriages failing...
a socially acceptable match does not directly relate to a happy match...
its very sad that people dont go all out for their relationships in the ide of "kuch toh log kahenge"..no matter how deep the feelings are..
its a pity...i only hope some day people become brave enough to give a damn to the world and love with all their heart!-that maybe includes many of us as well...
i think Rajan Shahi couldnt have possibly chosen a better title...
"Kuch toh Log Kahenge
Logon Ka Kaam Hai Kehna..."
loved your topic
