The theme and characters of Kuch Toh Log Kahenge is similar to Dhoop Kinare starring Rahat Kazmi and Marina Khan. Here Mohnish Behl will essay the role of Dr. Ahmer Ansari and Kritika Kamra will essay the role of Dr. Zoya.
