Introducing a third angle, a girl obsessed with dev is still ok but it's so badly executed. At least they could have shown psycho as being really sly who doesn't leave clues or such glaringly red flags so that it could be justified why dev isn't able to recognise her real face. But they executed it so badly that they ended up ruining this iconic characters. Only the first 150 episodes of season 1 are truly memorable
